Brother Printer Setup

^{BROTHER PRINTER SETUP :}

• The first step is to attach the power cord to the Brother Printer and then attach it to an electrical socket as well. Switch on the Brother Printer.

• On the control panel of the printer, press on the Menu button.

• Now, in order to select Network, press on the Up or Down arrow key and then click on OK.

• Again, for selecting WLAN, press the up or down arrow key and select OK.

• Then, for selecting Setup wizard, press the up or down arrow key, then press OK.

• The printer will then search for the user’s network and a list of available Network Names (SSIDs) will be displayed. When this happens, press the Up or Down arrow keys for selecting the
SSID that you noted down earlier, then select OK.

The user can Perform one of the following steps:

The user can Type the Network key and select OK option for applying their settings in case using an authentication and encryption method which needs the Network key (password). Choose YES for applying the settings of Brother Printer Setup

In case the authentication method is Open System and the encryption mode is None, the user is required to move on to the next step.

The machine then attempts to connect to the wireless network that the user has selected.

If the user’s Brother machine is connected successfully, the Machine’s LCD will display CONNECTED and the machine will print a wireless connection report.

Whereas, if there’s failed connection, the machine will print a wireless connection report. The user can check the error code on the printed report.

After the user has set up their Brother machine’s software, they must INSTALL and then DOWNLOAD the driver. For downloading the driver:
